I found this amazing smoked sea salt at a seasoning vendor's booth while shopping at the Central Market indoor farmer's market in York, PA. The owner highly recommended the 7 Fire Smoked Sea Salt. I used 1/2 tsp in my homemade spaghetti sauce. OMG my sauce never tasted so good. I instantly wished I purchased the 2oz pouch. It's exactly as they say... Bold smoke flavor with not a lot of salt. Which I've never been able to find until now.
This is my absolute favoritesalt from Hepps Salt Co. It goes with everything that tried it on. It is just a mice smooth smokey flavor.
A perfect Blend, not over powering or artificial tasting and not under powered like most salts. I am 100% Pleased
