My absolute favorite Sea Salt! Don't confuse Seven Fire as HOT, It's a Seven wood blend of alder, cherry, hickory, maple, mesquite, pecan and red oak that is naturally smoked. Nothing artificial. I put just a pinch of it in the boiling water for my mac N cheese (friends think I smoked it for hours, lol) on chicken wings, pork chops, fish, steaks, even coleslaw just for a smoky hint. So many uses, and you just need a little bit so if you have sodium concerns, you're good. This is one ingredient you for sure need in your kitchen,

I have somewhere in the teens of exotic salts in my pantry and this is easily one of my favorite go-to's. It has all the best elements of hickory, misquote, applewood, alder wood, and some campfire to boot to add that next level kick to anything in the pan, on the grill, or even around a glass.
